Contemporary Russian-Chinese relations, the political role of the military-technical cooperation

Relations between Russian Federation and Public Republic of China is a required research field in terms of both its influence on politics and their possession of the potential of becoming rivals to the USA, which has remained as the one and only super power since after the Cold War, in regional and international arenas. Bearing the two countries' recent past and present relations in a period in which political and economical crisis and unsteadiness are the main points in international environment, this study is a political history study in terms of international discipline.
