The study of programmatic works of contemporary Turkish music composers

Being aware of whether the music is within the framework or not while the work is listened or performed matters the better comprehensibility of that work.The Turkish Five as the implementer of unique elements of music to the world standarts with the help of contemporary musical methods and possibilities, and besides their composing characteristics they are trainers, masters of musical instruments, orchestra conductors and founders of music institutions in the country, made significant contributions to the implementation of programmatic music in our country.This research is a descriptive study using qualitative research methods and it is based on the screening model for assessment as the purpose and method.By the studying of the programmatic works of Contemporary Turkish Music members called
