Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research was to examine the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between employee motivation and employee voice of businesses operating in the white meat sector in Bandırma. The survey method is used as the data collection method of the research. The population of the research is the white meat sector in Bandırma district of Balıkesir. Face-to-face survey method was used in the research. Frequency, reliability and factor analyzes were performed on the collected data. Then, normality test was applied and correlation and regression analyzes were performed. The regression analysis with the mediating variable job satisfaction was applied to determine the effects of the variables against each other. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that employee motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee voice, and also has a mediating role in job satisfaction by increasing the level of influence on employee motivation. Suggestions were made for future work.
