Person-supervisor fit (P-S fit), leader-member exchange (LMX), voice climate and employee voice interaction

This study is designed to explore the interaction between; Person-Supervisor Fit (P-S Fit) , Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), Voice Climate and Employee Voice. The research model and the hypotheses are tested by data which were collected by surveying via easily through sampling method. Based on the results of the pilot study, the research is applied to 4-star hotel company employers in European side of İstanbul. SPSS.20, AMOS 20 ans SPSS Process Macro v.3.4 package programs and software are used for he statistical analyzes and there are 336 valid surveys. According to findings of the study, hypothesis based on the positive and statistically effect of person-supervisor fit with employee voice, was accepted. The hypotheses are accepted; LMX has a fully mediation effect on the relationship between P-S fit and employee voice and voice climate has a partial mediation on the relationship between P-S fit and employee voice. According to findinds of mediating tests; the possible effect of person-supervisor fit on employee voice changes because of the indirect effect of LMX and voice climate. Another important finding is that as the LMX increases, voice climate is strengthened. According to the results of the statistical analysis on demographic caharacterstics; there is no significant differences in the variables according to gender, age, education level, department, status, tenure of work place or total tenure. It is found that only LMX indicates a sinificant difference according to total tenure.
