Abstract (EN)
The main aim of this research is to examine hotel employees' perceptions of corporate social responsibility practices at the hotel they currently work, and how their perceptions influence their level of trust of the organization. Hotel employees' perception of CRS (corporate social responsibility) include host community, environment, employees and customers. Without making any distinction, all the employees from different hotel departmants is included to the research. The research uses 443 responses of hotel employees who work in various departments of 4 and 5 star hotels which operate throughout the year in Alanya. Anova and t-test analyses are used to examine the differences on trust to organization. To examine the affect of independent variables on dependent variable, multiple regression analysis is used. The realibility of used scales is tested with the Croncbach Alfa. As a result of realibility analysis, all scales realibilities are high. In consequence of variation analysis, it has been determined that employees' trust to organization indicates some differences according to sex, the number of stars of the hotel and age. It is determined that employees' perceptions of corporate social responsibility practices at the hotel they currently work indicate some differences according to the number of stars of the hotel, age. As a result of multiple regression analysis, it is found that employees' perceptions of responsibilities to employee, environment and customers have affect on employees' trust to organization.
