The effect of opportunities of education and communication provided for workers on communicating

In this work; it has been tried to be explained the opportunies which were given in the enbrace of the offered educations to working laborers? in the organizations and the communication possibility and communication means. It brought up that how the offered education in this enbrace and the communication possibility and means the laborers? attitudes towards the communication. Today in information era; it is a real that the data is inevitable fort he organizations. In this work; it has been tried to bring up the way of obtaining the data and the laborers? tendencies of sharing the data organizations.It has been explained the education concept in the first section, the communication concept in the second section, and the provided education to the laborers to the communication possibility and communication means. İn the third section ın the application part as the last section last the study, the changes, which the offered education to laborers communication possibility and communication means and the created. In the laborers? attitudes, have been measured. For this aim, a questionnare had been made on the laborers at Ilgın Candy Factory and Afyonkarahisar Candy Factory and the evaluation had been made in SPSS 15 for Windows programme.As a conclusion the education and the communication indirect which to supply change the communication attitudes of labours.
