The effect of entrepreneural tendencies of workers on business and business performance: An application

The aim of this study; to determine the impact of employee entrepreneurship tendency on business and business performance. In this study, firstly literature review is done and entrepreneurship and business and business performance concepts are examined. Within the framework of the study; 204 blue and white collar employees in 4 different enterprises operating in iron and steel sector in Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone were reached on a voluntary basis. In this research, entrepreneurship and business and business performance are discussed. The relationship between entrepreneurship tendency and business and business performance is explained theoretically and the hypotheses developed are examined. As a result of the study; The relationship between entrepreneurship tendency and business and business performance was investigated and the effect of entrepreneurship tendency on business performance and business performance was investigated.
