Abstract (EN)

In this research, which is necessary to examine the relationship between employees' perceptions of evaluating reward systems in their firms and their level of commitment to the organization; In order to test the hypotheses of the research, data collection process was provided by using quantitative method and questionnaire method was used as data collection tool. In this respect, 211 questionnaire forms were used to reach the white collar individuals in the companies via e-mail and they were provided to fill out the questionnaire containing personal information and scale expressions. The normal distribution of the scores obtained from the Rewarding Systems Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale in the study was investigated by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the distribution of scores of all scales and sub-dimensions was not found to be normal. Therefore, Mann-Whitney U test (instead of ANOVA) and Kruskal-Wallis H test (instead of t test) were used to examine the differentiation status of scales and sub-dimensions according to various variables. Dunn's test, which is one of the nonparametric multiple comparison tests, was used to determine the differences between the groups as a result of Kruskal-Wallis H test. As a result of the research, a positive relationship was found between the perception of reward systems process sub-dimension and organizational commitment. In addition to the results, there was a significant difference between individuals according to some demographic characteristics.
