Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to examine the cyber security awareness of employees and evaluate the results. For this purpose, the relationship between the demographic characteristics of the employees and their personal cyber security Deciency has been analyzed.The sample of the research consists of individuals working in Turkey. The sample consists of 870 randomly selected employees, 457 male and 413 female. The questionnaire used in the study is of the type of internet questionnaire, prepared using Google Forms, delivered to the participants electronically and answered on the internet. Chi-square (χ²) test was used for independence in the research. As a result of the research, it has been seen that male employees have more personal cyber security awareness than female employees. It has been understood that all age groups are cautious because people are uneasy about getting their financial assets into the hands of others through banking transactions. It is seen that there is a cyber training gap at every education level of the employees.
