Abstract (EN)
A survey comprising Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, National Technology Readiness Survey and Technology Acceptance Model has been used in this study aiming at researching any possible relationship among the technology readiness, technology acceptance and job satisfaction of the employees. The surveys have been filled in by the employees who work for any company across Turkey and use technology in any manner during performance of their duties. Initially a pilot study was conducted with 100 employees by delivering the hard copies of surveys in person and thereafter some questions have been excluded following the exploratory factor analysis. Later, the study was continued via an online survey prepared by using the remaining questions. There are studies conducted in the relevant field within the literature, however these studies focus on the relationship between the technology surveys used in this study rather than their correlation with the job satisfaction. In this respect, the research is considered as a contribution to the literature. As a result of the research, a significant and positive relationship has been detected among the optimism, innovation, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and the job satisfaction as well as a significant relationship between the status of the employer institution and job satisfaction; a positive relationship among the age and technology readiness and technology acceptance. However, no relationship has been detected between the job satisfaction and discomfort, job satisfaction and insecurity and age and job satisfaction.
