Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to investigate employees' perceptions of co-worker support and its effects on job satisfaction, job stress and turnover intention. Another aim of the study is to test the mediating effect of job satisfaction and job stress on the relationship between coworker support and intention to leave. It is supported by the relevant literature that coworker support has a positive relationship with job satisfaction and a negative relationship with job stress and intention to leave. A questionnaire measuring coworker support, job satisfaction, job stress, and turnover intention was used to test these relationships. Data were collected from blue-collar workers in a business operating in the ceramics sector in Kütahya. As a result of the research, it was concluded that coworker support has a significant effect on job satisfaction, but it does not have any significant effect on job stress and intention to leave the job. In addition, it was concluded that neither job satisfaction nor job stress had a mediating effect on the relationship between coworker support and intention to leave the job.
