Flexicurity in working life

With Globalisation, the need of flexibility in the working life has increased. Nowadays, Not only business but also workers have need for flexible working style. Business want to flexible working style to take part in global market and adapting to demand fluctuations, while workers want in terms of establishing a balance between work and private life. Nowadays, flexible form of work need to align with the dimension of security without worker protection principle is ignored in the Labor Code. At this point, Flexicurity is important to balance flexibility and security. The legislation in force has regulated in this direction. In this study, regulation of flexicurity in the Labor Code and Social Security Code will be examined. It is important to make regulation simultaneously in the Labor Code and Social Security Code.
