Sheikh Bedreddin's view on figh in light of his work Jamiu'l-Fusûleyn

The priority issues of our study are the life of Sheikh Bedreddin, his teachers and the introduction of his works. In our study, information has been given about the object of writing Jamiu'l-Fusûleyn, its significance, content, sources and studies on the work. It has been concentrated on the sources, the sources have been introduced and the manuscript copies have been referred. The place and importance of the work in the fiqh literature has been set forth by determining some of the works that were influenced after the work itself. The terms representing the fiqh preferences of Sheikh Bedreddin, his intra-sectarian and non-sectarian preferences have been determined and his fiqh views have been determined within this context. In the narrations made from different works used as a source in Jamiu'l-Fusûleyn, sometimes conflicts have occurred between the opinions, Sheikh Bedreddin's determinations to eliminate these disagreements were determined, and his criticisms and objections to the views that he disapproved have been put forward. The fiqh views that Sheikh Bedreddin put forth in the work were expounded under particular headings, and some inferences were made with reference to views. The ecclasiastical evidences used in the work are included, and the general basis and minutes in the work have been established. Sheikh Bedreddin's perspective on the issue of ijtihad and taqlid, his idea and opinions on this issue are touched on as well
