Abstract (EN)
Fish were fed with live and wet foods at certain intervals in order to determine the effect of feed on the activities of glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) and carbonic anhydrase (CA) enzymes and the growth properties, survival rate, food efficiency of fry rainbow trout. The study was conducted according to a simple randomized experiment design with 5 treatment groups and 2 duplicates, and lasted 2 months. Water temperature was 12°C during the study period. At the end of the experiment following results were obtained: 1. The effect of feed given at certain intervals on G6PDH enzyme activity was significantly different (P<0.01) for treatment groups. The highest activity was in the group of two days G. pulex and the lowest activity was in the group of two days fed with cow spleen. There was no significant effect of feed on CA enzyme activity. Although group fed with G. pulex ones per two days had the highest enyme activity in treatment groups, the group fed with cattle spleen ones at two days showed the lowest enzyme activity. 2. Differences among treatment groups in terms of specific growth, weigh gain percentage and survival rate were not significant. In terms of feed efficiency, control group in groups fed every other day had better feed efficiency and differences among the groups was found statisticaly significant. There was no significant difference in feed efficiency among the groups fed ones a four days.
