Özet (EN)
Phosphazene compounds are inorganic-organic hybrid structure with repeating –P=N– and organic side groups in their structure. Cyclomatrix networked polyphosphazenes carry hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (N3P3Cl6, trimer) as cross-linker and organic groups containing two or more donor atoms as monomers. In this thesis, four different types of cyclomatrix polyphosphazene nano/microspheres were synthesized by precipitation polymerization method using quercetin, curcumin, dopamine and tyramine monomers and hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene as crosslinker. The characterizations of the synthesized spheres were made with SEM-EDX, FT-IR, XRD and DLS measurements, UV-Vis, fluorescence and thermal properties were investigated. Controlled drug release applications of the obtained nano/microspheres were accomplished using acriflavine as a model drug and pH: 5,0 and pH: 7,4 buffer systems as release media and spheres could be used for controlled drug release. Keywords: Phosphazene, Cyclomatrix polyphosphazene, Acriflavine, Controlled drug release, Precipitation polymerization
