Examining of book "Gawahir al-Balâga fi'l-ma'anî wa'l-Bayân wa'l-Badî'"

In this study, Gawahiru'l-balâga, which was written in 1905, was studied. Before examining the work, the perspectives of the schools that emerged during the Modern Egyptian period were tried to be explained. It was observed that innovators from these schools had efforts to change the face of rhetoric. The classicalists have the aim of facilitating the rhetoric without changing the face. Gawaahiru'l-balâga's work was examined in terms of content, style and quotation, and the work was compared with some works written in classical period and some works written in its own period. As a result, it was found that the work was influenced by some works written in the classical period and influenced the works written after him. When the work was examined, it was seen that the author explained all the subjects of eloquence in the text part in a simple, understandable language and it was found that he gave detailed information about the subject in the footnote. In addition, when the book was examined, it was seen that the author did not have any idea of renewal regarding rhetoric in any way. In the work it was seen that the author himself had little opinion about rhetoric, at the same time he didn't give place to disputes in his work very much.
