Özet (EN)

In this research; the educational messages in translated children classics, the aim of the work this translated children classics which primary students read include which educational messages and the distribution of these educational messages to the bottom and top levels are found. Besides in this work the rate of these children classics read by the students and like degree are fixed. To find the educational messages we use the translated children classics in 100 main works which MEB (Turkish National Education Ministry) advise to read for primary school students in 2005. To gain data we use public survey in order to know about the rate of read degree and like degree of these translated children classics. With these public survey results the 8th grade students read rate and like rate of these classics are emphasizedAs a conclusion it is determined that translated children classics include lots of important educational messages and it is found that some of these classics like and read rate are high some of them are low. Fort his reason these classics should be considered objectifically and we should benefit from the classics which are suitable for our educatinal program and our target national merit and suitable for the person who gain universal point of view but besides these boks which show universal culture our children should be met with our national and original children books.Key Words: Translated, children classics, educator, message.
