Abstract (EN)
This study aims to analyze the right to environment in national and international law. The right to environmental information, the right to environmental participation and the right to access to justice are examined in this respect. Additionally, the approach of the European Court of Human Rights to the right to environment and its contribution to the environmental protection are studied. The restrictions of the protection provided by the European Court of Human Rights are analyzed too.
