Accounting and cost-benefit analysis of the activities of paper recycling enterprises in terms of environmental accounting an application in Ankaş Paper Wastes Industry and Trade INC.

Enterprises make production with limited resources to supply endless needs of people. These resources have been diminishing day by day and some precautions should be taken to prevent difficulties that enterprises may face in production. Within this context, enterprises have been bringing the wastes seen as litter in economy by means of recycling, recovery and reusing.In this study, an attention has been brought to the amount of paper wasted in our daily life and to the economic, social and environmental benefits of recycling wasted papers. In addition, the cost of recycling wasted papers and the benefits gained from this process heve been examined by means of a case study in an enterprise recycling the papers.
