The participation of people in environmental effect evolution: An application with ahp method

Sustainable Development as a concept was first used by Cocoyoc Declaration which was published upon the relation of development and environment in 1974. The concept, with its meaning in the declaration, undertakes the mission of removing the suspects that arose on the issue of the relation between natural resources and economic development. Sustainable Development, without destroying the possibility of the next generations for fulfilling their livelihood, is defined as the maintenance of the livelihood of the contemporary generations. Sustainable Development from one side contains justice among generations and from other side requires justice among nations. One of the most important tools of Sustainable Development is Environmental Effect Evaluation (EEE). EEE is a methodological chain used to determine the possible negative effects of a planned activity on environment. The aim of EEE is to protect environment, a common asset of entire living being, in the direction of the principles of sustainable environment and sustainable development.
