Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine how the online concept mapping in science courses affetct student achievement and permanence according to classical concept mapping and also to find out the opinions of the students about computer-assisted concept mapping. Besides, development The study was conducted to include gains of 7.2.1.1, 7.2.1.2, 7.2.2.1, and 7.2.2.2 (additional:3) of the seventh-grade mass weighting. Literature search has been done in order to have information about previous studies before starting to work. Sample of the workshop Kastamonu middle school was built on the basis of a control group of 14 people consisting of 14 students and a control group of 28 students who continued education In the study, while the control group (14 students) was trained with classical conscept mapping teaching method, on the other hand, the experimental group (14 students) was given aducation by using the online concept mapping method for 3 weeks. Within the scope of the study, an achievement test with reliability (KR-21 = 0.695) consisting of 24 questions about acquisition no: 7.2.1.1, 7.2.1.2, 7.2.2.1, 7.2.2.2 was developed. Prior knowledge of the students who have been pre-tested before starting work is measured. At the end of the study, the effect on the students who had the same test again was observed. After 45 days, the retentivity test was performed to determine retention and the obtained data were evaluated. The online concept maps used in the study were prepared using the Captivate educational software program. In addition, a questionnaire was applied to the students applying the online concept map after this application and its application to determine their opinions about this method. Statistical processing has been done to see if our test is useful. Usefulness of our test after statistical processing made 0,695. As a result of the findings of the study, it can be said that online or computer-aided concept mapping has more effect on academic achievement and permanence on teaching "mass-weight" than the classical concept mapping. In addition, online concept mapping has a significant and major impact on the post-test scores of 74%. According to these results, the development and use of online concept mapping in every field are of great importance in supporting teaching.
