Abstract (EN)
This thesis focuses on the effects of the final jugdements of criminal courts on a pending lawsuit in civil court. In this regard, to which effects the criminal court judgments are binding for the civil court such as res judicata effect, modification effect, element effect and effidence effect has been examined in depth. Hence the impact of decisions such as conviction, verdict of acquittal, no need to inflict punishment and the suspension of the pronouncement of the judgement on the lawsuit at a civil court have been separately analysed. Last, but not least, the effect of a continuing criminal case on a civil case, i.e. the prejudicial issue, progress of enforcement proceedings and determining the prescreption for liability in tort, has been thoroughly assessed.
