Abstract (EN)
The basis of study consists of victims' rights regulated in Turkish Criminal Procedure Code numbered 5271. In the first chapter, the concept of victim is emphasized. Then the concept of victim is compared with some similar legal concepts. In the second chapter, victims' rights that regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code are examined. Finally, in the third chapter, victims' rights in international treaties and other regulations that victims can benefit from in Turkish legislation are mentioned.
