Abstract (EN)
Criminal proceedings aim to reach the material fact by complying with criminal procedural rules and without violating any human rights rules. In criminal procedural law, the process in order to reach the factual truth is called the evidence collection process, which is implemented through the application of the measures of protection, which are generally set out in the Turkish Criminal Procedure Code.
