Abstract (EN)

In this study, the residual durations of the active ingredients of chlorsulfuron and pendimethalin in different soil structures were determined. In the study, the recommended doses of both herbicides (N), half of the recommended dose (1/2N) and twice the recommended dose (2N) were applied to two different textured soil surfaces (clay = 10% sand, 44% clay, 46% silt and clay + sandy soil). = 96.4% sand, 1.7% clay, 1.9% silt soil) to determine their possible phytotoxicity in test plants (beans, cotton, lettuce, cress, cucumber, wheat and grass) at day 0, 1, 3, 6 and 9 months. has been made. Before each planting time, soil samples were taken from the N doses of the two active substances and residue analyzes were made in the soil. Soil residue analyzes were performed using the QuEChERS method with an LC-MS/MS device. As a result of the study, it was understood from the symptoms that the phytotoxic effect of pendimethalin on the test plants reached up to the 3rd month at a dose of 2N. Pendimethalin decomposed 74.6% in clay soils and 88.13% in sandy soils within the first three months. It was understood from the phytotoxicity on the lettuce plant that chlorsulfuron showed residue up to the 6th month at the dose of N, according to the phytotoxicity in the test plants, while it showed a residue up to the 9th month at the 2N dose in the clay soil structure. According to the chlorsulfuron pesticide analysis, the analysis results were obtained in soil samples on the 0th day and in the 1st month, while the LOD and LOQ values were below the other setup times. It was determined that the amount of residue and the duration of pendimethalin and chlorsulfuron increased in direct proportion as the dose used in the applications on clay soil increased.
