Abstract (EN)
China, wich has drawed attention recent years with economic growth, has been discussed broadly with it?s long history and minorities. In 1949,after The People of Republic China established, realized its minorities and given autonomization in administrative system to this regions in which living minorities but central autority has been criticised because of strict policies against minorities. While China?s % 8 population?s consists of minorities with 56 different ethnics, concluded having been seen many difficulties in this areas, especially in Uigur, Tibet and Mongol regions.In this study, evaluated wih all dimentions, Uigur minorities which exposed many dificulties, China?s policies in East Turkestan in the point of minorties rights contex from past to today. In addition to China minority policies, compared with genaraly accepted minority rights all over the World academic studies. In this contex, China?s policies against East Turkestan peoples education, economy, population and migration indications studied and concluded human rights violations.
