Abstract (EN)

The study's topic includes examinations on commital tendencies with the sentenced people from sexual assault and the sentenced people's relationships in the way of socio-demographic (Age, Education status, and Mental health of the sentenced person).It is thoroughly interviewed with 30 sentenced people from sexual assault and sentenced people in Kocaeli Semi-Custodial Institution. During the interviews which have been practised upon the sentenced people, Personal Information Forms, Research Participation Forms, Spielberger Anger and State Anger Forms and Barratt Forms are used. According to Ki-Kare Analysis Result, there is a significant relationship between psychological disorder and suicide attempt. According to psychological examination results, average point of anger forms which is practised on the criminals who have not been received into prison before is higher than the criminals who have been received into prison. It is analysed that as a result of psychological interviews in groups carried out total 30 sentenced people, they take to commit an illegal act when they are young adult and it includes in forcible problems stemming from familial matters and economic. It is thought that group interviews which have been arranged for aiming sentenced prisoners including overcoming stress, anger management practises among groups are required to be more implementable in the department of correction institutions.
