The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affects social processes of discrimination, and marginalisation which experienced by LGBTQ+ members. By conveying this aim, it has been found out that the importance of the scope of such sociologic analysis is very prominent in terms of revealing the invisible, underlying processes so that, it will be more likely to be proposed some constructive policies on these matters. In the frame of research approach, mixed-model-method, which is subject to both quantitative and qualitative data, has been used to extrapolate the problems of focus comprehensively, to compensate the vulnerable bits of an approach with the strengths of another thoroughly. On the quantitative stage, the survey questions prepared in accordance with the related literature were asked 146 people who were selected by complying the random sampling modulation. At the qualitative step, there has been some interviews conducted with 17 people. To analyse the obtained quantitative data, it was applied for SPSS15 program in statistics decision mapping. The methods of content analysis, and thematic analysis were used for evaluating the qualitative data. The prevailing study tests socio-demographic backgrounds, participants' perceptions on gender, the relationship between gender identity and social habitat, and the significance levels between factors which affect ongoing discrimination, and stereotypes related to the gender perception. Frankly, the members of LGBTQ+ community have been witnessing quite problems in the course of socialisation and these obstacles blend in as far as their whole lives. Along with preliminary findings, the research paper lists a number of reasons in the integration of marginalisation and stereotyping as well. The actors who use the practises of discrimination, and marginalisation towards the members of LGBTQ+ community are seemed to be the ones that have least knowledge about LGBTQ+ idea. Consecutively, it is among the observations that the major instinct behind discrimination practices is to realise the threat to the established social codes.
