Abstract (EN)
The subject of this study consists of the crime of Sexual Abuse against Child, the sanctions related to this crime and the enforcement regime of these sanctions which are regulated in article 103 of the TCC (Turkish Criminal Code) numbered 5237. Therefore, the crime of sexual abuse against children, the aggravated types of this crime have been examined and controversial issues arising from the regulation of the crime have been included. A number of sanctions regulated and applied in the Turkish law and the laws of some countries regarding the Crime of Sexual Abuse against Child have been described. In addition to these penalties in this content; obligations and various medical treatment methods that are regulated in the legislation of our country and are applied during the period of conditional release and supervision have been examined and are mentioned.
