Examination of litigation files regarding murder crime in juvenile high criminal courts

In this study, the case files that contain finalized and perpetrator juvenile offenses (TCK art.81 and 82), which have been decided that "no punishment is allowed" or "conviction" between the years 2015-2019 in the Juvenile High Criminal Courts in Istanbul will be discussed. The sociological, psychological, economic and cultural reasons underlying juvenile delinquency will be examined in terms of the type of crime in question. In the light of the statistical data obtained from the case files in the working process, evaluations will be made on the adequacy of the existing legislation, the necessary measures to be taken, and the social and legal arrangements to be made.
