Abstract (EN)

Geographic Information Systems are soft wares , hard wares , human resources used to arrange limitless geographic informations. Many licenced softwares are advanced to manage geogrhic datas. Today all those soft wares could be used with mobile equipments. Although licensed geographic information programmes are expensive and their resources are prevented to people access. In this study publicly avilable integrated low cost geographic information soft ware model is developed. PHP language is used to provide integration. As a maps service geoserver is used Geoserver is free publicly avilable java based map emission and application. As a result publicly avilable soft ware is obtained. This study also investigates Linux servers speed and capacity for their usage at geographic information systems. ServersCache tests and related experiments are attached to results section.
