Özet (EN)

The increasing complexity of traditional production processes, variability in customer demands, and sustainability goals have necessitated making production facilities more flexible and efficient. To maintain competitiveness, businesses are opting for different production systems, one of which is the Hybrid Flexible Flowshop Scheduling. In this study, a multi-objective Hybrid Flexible Flowshop Scheduling problem is addressed in a bearing manufacturing company. Increasing environmental problems and high energy consumption in the production sector indicate that some studies on energy consumption are necessary. For this reason, it was desired to minimize energy consumption in the production sector. In addition to this purpose, a multi-objective mathematical model has been proposed to minimize the maximum completion time. The proposed model is solved using GAMS/CPLEX optimization tools and tested with both sample and real data. The results indicate that the model has the potential to effectively solve Hybrid Flexible Flowshop Scheduling problems and can serve as a reference for future studies.
