Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to examine the spring-back behavior of multi-layered sheets. In this context, multilayer sheet materials were obtained by using C75 steel, AISI 301 stainless steel and Al 1030 aluminum alloy sheet metals. In the production of multi-layer sheet material, rubber is used in the intermediate layers. In order to examine the springback behavior of sheet materials produced in two or three layers in different alternatives, the V-bending process was used. After the bending tests in the V shape die, the amount of springback of the materials was determined using a protractor, and the multi-layered sheet materials were evaluated by taking the spring-back behavior of the main materials as a reference. As a result, it has been determined that the use of aluminum 1030 alloy has a positive effect on springback in multilayer sheet materials, while C75 and AISI 301 steels increase springback.
