Corporate sustainability which is one of the most popular subjects recently, is a comprehensive term consisting of economical and social development and protecting environment. This concept has become a very important phenomenon worldwide especially with Brundtland Report, World Commission on Environment and Development (WCED) was published in 1987. Adapting this phenomenon to companies' management systems and controlling its various aspects have become compulsory. The aim of this study is to measure sustainability performance by using Multi-Criteria Decision Making methods. Application is conducted for Arçelik A. Ş. which provides sustainability reports and data on sustainability performance. In this respect, the necessary data is obtained from the company's annual sustainability reports, and its sustainability performance from 2011 to 2014 was analyzed based on three main dimensions: economic, environmental, and social. Entropy analysis is used to measure level of significance of criteria, and TOPSIS and Gray Relational Analysis are used to performance evaluation on the basis of alternatives.
