Abstract (EN)
In today's conditions, many companies can reach too many suppliers locally and globally and this situation negatively affects the decision-making process. In one-off supplier selections such as machine selection, irreversible consequences such as selling out and increasing investment costs can be encountered. For this reason, supplier selection is a process in which analytical and purchasing management structure work together. In the process of selecting the optimum supplier within a certain period of time, it is necessary to determine the decisions and strategies in the process such as supplier relations and the expected characteristics of the supplier, as well as analytical evaluation of potential suppliers. For analytical evaluation, it is necessary to select experienced problem-specific decision makers, control the decision level, as well as select problem-specific criteria. It is necessary to establish and implement an analytical decision-making structure in accordance with the criteria and the problem. Hybrid use of multi-criteria decision making methods is frequently encountered in recent studies. In addition to the applications such as AHP, ELECTRE, TOPSIS, PAPRIKA and their fuzzy derivatives, which are used more and more every day, studies are also carried out with methods such as MARCOS. In this study, the necessary criteria for the supplier selection problem were determined and MARCOS method, was used to select the ideal machine to be purchased by integrating with AHP, and the results were evaluated within the framework of fuzzy logic.
