The results of the periodic control of elevators in çorum and new generation safety measures in elevators

In this thesis study, the results of the inspection reports of the elevators in Çorum in 2017, 2018 and 2019 were examined and important deficiencies were listed in graphics. What is the periodic control, why and how it is done, and the problems encountered during the controls are mentioned. According to the elevator inspection reports, the most important and severe defects were examined in detail. What it is explained that the flaw was. It has been emphasized why these deficiencies exist in elevators and why periodic controls are necessary. By mentioning the dangers in elevators, examples of accidents in elevators are presented. In the published TS EN 81-20 standard, it has been focused on what the changing security measures are and what measures have been introduced different from the old standard.
