Özet (EN)

The word 'mecmua' (journal), which is derived from the Arabic origin' cem' (collect), has been used as 'all the things collected and organized. 'Mecmuas' have characteristics such as reflecting the literary taste, including some poems not included in 'divans' and 'cönks', bringing the unknown poets to light, of their era. In this work, the transcription and examination of the poems between the leaves "1b-34b" of Mecmû'a-i Eş'âr has been carried out. The whole work consists of 106 leaves and it's date of copying and copyist are unknown. 193 poems written by 83 poets were identified in the examined part of the Mecmû'a-i Eş'âr. The poet of two poem could not been identified. Poems in general belong to the poets of Classical Ottoman Poetry and folk-literature, lived in between 15th and 19th century. However, it is mostly consisted of the poems of the poets who lived in the 19th century. There are 119 gazels, 5 müseddes', 4 müstezads, 2 muhammes', 2 murabba, 1 terkîb-i bend, 3 kıt'a; 56 koşmas and 1 semai in our subject of study (1b-34b). Moreover, there are 15 couplets written in between the lines of poems, some of which the poets are identified and the remaining is unanimous. Later, the transciription of the text is included. As a result of the examination, within the journal, it is seen that the poems of the unknown poets like Nâzî, Haşmet, Aynî have been included as well, together with the poems of the top poets like Fuzûli. Furthermore, the poets like Farık, Muhlis etc. have been identified, with whom we are not able to encounter throughout the resources. Been brought to light as consequent of these studies, it is considered that this jornal will give an idea about the taste of poem of the era and the poets' sense of art, and will be enlightening in terms of the history of Turkish literature.
