Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to evaluate musculoskeletal system disorders, endurance, quality of life and physical activity level in healthcare workers with and without Covid-19. A total of 58 individuals, including 27 healthcare workers with an average age of 36 ± 8.45 years who had experienced Covid-19, and 31 healthcare workers with an average age of 34.52 ± 7.78 years, participated in the study. After obtaining the physical and sociodemographic information of the participants; Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Scale (CMDQ) was used for musculoskeletal pain, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) for physical activity level, Nottingham Health Profile (NHP) for quality of life and The Stabilizer Pressure Biofeedback Unit stabilizing pressure biofeedback was used for endurance measurements. It was observed that NHP, IPAQ and CMDQ scores were similar in healthcare workers with and without Covid-19 (p>0.05), and weight and back endurance values were higher in individuals with Covid-19 (p<0.05). At the end of this study, we think that it would be more clinically beneficial to evaluate the healthcare professionals who work intensively on the front lines, especially in difficult conditions such as pandemic, and to work in the form of individual or multiple sessions specially planned for the individual as a result of the evaluation
