Although the Kovid-19 pandemic was tried to be brought under control by healthcare professionals worldwide, the speed of the spread of the virus and its severe clinical course brought difficulties in the fight against the pandemic and prolonged the process. Especially healthcare workers have experienced many difficulties in many aspects during the pandemic process. The aim of this study is to reveal the social, mental, and psychological problems experienced by healthcare workers working in health institutions in Bitlis during the Kovid-19 pandemic process. In this context, quantitative research method, which is a research method in which observations and measurement methods can be repeated and carried out through numerical research, was used in the study. The survey model, which is one of the quantitative research techniques, was used in the study and survey data were collected in this context. In the study, the participants were first asked to answer questions about the demographic data of the participants, then the impact of the Kovid-19 outbreak on working and social life, the work environment, protective trainings and occupational effects, and the psychological effects of the outbreak. SPSS v23 package program was used in the analysis. Descriptive statistics were applied, and the data were presented in tables as "n" and "%". According to the results of the research, it was determined that employees were exhausted, and their social life changed due to the increase in work intensity during the pandemic period. In half of the participants, there was a negative reaction from family members. Almost all the participants did not receive psychological support and stated that the precautionary environment caused anxiety. A limited number of participants reported sleep problems and thoughts of resignation. Keywords: Kovid-19, anxiety, sleep quality, exhaustion
