Abstract (EN)

We can define materials below 100 nm in size as nanomaterials. Nano materials are used in many fields such as electronics, health, environment and energy. Nano materials are more economical, durable and lighter due to their electrical, thermal, optical, mechanical and magnetic properties. Metallic nanoparticle synthesis among nanomaterials is of great importance in terms of the width of its usage areas. In this direction, it was aimed to synthesize gold nanoparticle (AuNP) within the scope of the study, due to the high use of gold nanoparticles, especially in electronics and healthcare. Using chloroauric acid (HAuCl4) solution, gold nanoparticle synthesis (AuNp) has been performed by Solution Plasma Method (SPM), which is a new method for metallic nanoparticle synthesis. The study was repeated at three different concentrations and three different voltage values. In line with these parameters, gold nanoparticles were obtained with working times of 10, 20 and 30 minutes. Experiments at different time and voltage values were performed with 100 ml 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mM HAuCl4.3H2O solutions prepared from a 3.4 mM stock HAuCl4.3H2O solution. The effects of working time, application voltage and solution concentration on the sizes of synthesized AuNp were investigated. Size analysis of AuNp s were examined by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM). The crystal structure of AuNPs were examined by X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), and the effect of the application time on the size of AuNP and the absorbance of the solution fluid was investigated by taking samples from the solution at certain times during the study.
