Oltu-management, social and economic life in the republic period (1923-1950)

Erzurum in the province of Olten of the district, the purpose of this study, which dealt with a historical perspective, the 1920 from 1950 until the exchange through which Turkey and administrative Oltu reflection of the renewal process is to examine the social and economic terms. For this purpose, a brief introduction to the historical development of Oltu and the Government of Oltu Sûrâ was briefly made, and during the administrative development process of Oltu between 1923 and 1950, the governors and mayors of Oltu were identified, especially with the biographies of district governors. The organization of the municipal municipality, its role in the service to the exchange process Oltu, or the lack of activities that could not be done, were determined for the following years. The members of the provincial council who work at the relevant dates and the workings of these members are explained and the political developments and troubles experienced in this process are evaluated. Secondly, the importance of the development of oltu stone art was mentioned in the heading of public works and economic life, and the effects of Balkaya coal mining, forestry and salt enterprises, zoning studies, agriculture, animal husbandry and banking activities on social and economic life were explained. Finally, under the heading of political, social and cultural life, the effects of the Republican People's Party in political life are mentioned in the Oltu studies of Turkish quarries. The most important step in the modernization of the Turkish people in the provinces, the activities of the local residents in Oltu are explained and their contributions to social and cultural life are explained. The educational institutions opened in Oltu are presented with teacher and student statistics, as well as the demographic structure of the syllabus, the social dreams of the years 1930 and 1950.
