In a global competitive environment where customer expectations are increasing and technology is constantly developing, companies need to constantly improve their business style. Thanks to the purposeful and effective business process designs, products that respond to customer requests and expectations are produced, production costs are reduced, operational inefficiencies are eliminated, employee motivation is increased, and as a natural result, positive developments are achieved in financial indicators. In this study, a process consultancy was made in a textile factory that is producing, and solutions were tried to be presented by analyzing the malfunctions, unnoticed deficiencies and the current situation of the factory. The production processes of the factory were examined with a question list, critical paths were determined with cpm and the current situation analysis was made.
