Abstract (EN)

Full Remedy Actions are administrative cases that aim to eliminate the violations of rights that occur in the subjective legal situations of individuals through administrative acts or transactions, with all their consequences. In practice, the full remedy cases appear in the form of pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages. The aim of our study is to reveal the importance of the concept of Moral Value as a damage factor in the moral compensation cases filed in the administrative jurisdiction.
