Abstract (EN)
In this study, the open wares uncovered in the ancient city of Daskyleion which are gathered from all the excavations conducted in the city and published in different publications are collected and classified. Material this study contains -both imported and local production- covers a wide range of time from Geometric to Byzantine Period. Main objective is to examine and evaluate the typological distinctions, development of open ware forms through time and statistical increases/decreases in forms in different periods.
