Abstract (EN)

This thesis proposal aims to determine the optimum values of the input parameters of ERD 6224 quality sheets such as descent rate and lubricant factor in the deep drawing process in 250 tons of hydraulic press in terms of output parameters such as sheet thinning and length elongation. In this study, DD13 (ERD 6224) quality sheet will be used. Here, the first of the variable parameters was chosen as the press descent speed. This value will be referenced as a minimum of 20% and a maximum of 100% and appropriate values will be determined between these values. Sheet thickness will be selected as the second input parameter. The interval selected for the sheet thickness will be determined as 2.5 mm < t < 4 mm. Lubricant differences will also be observed in this study. The different elongation and thinning rates of both solid liquid lubricants and nylon used in production in the same sheet and thickness will be examined by experiments. In this study, unlike other studies in the field, samples with a deep drawing ratio greater than 2 will be taken as a basis, and the relationship between working parameters and response parameters will be determined by the Box-Behnken method.
