Abstract (EN)
In ceramic material manufacturing, the selecting of raw material, the desing of recipeand the changing or modifing of the components play an important role in mixture. In this studyAltın seramik A.Ş. recipe had taken as the base and the pumice, talc and serpentine was addedto the wall tile masse. Pumice was used in stead of pegmatit as an alternative flux, talc andserpentine were added to the recipe as extra. The effects of the additives were investigated byapplying rheological, physical, mechanical, thermal test and x-ray difraction. As a result of thisstudy, the pumice and talc can be used as alternative materials for improving phsysicalproperties of wall-tile.
