The forthcoming times will require new kind of leaders who will be skilled with superior qualifications to manage change. Communication is one of the most important skills in managing the organizational change. The aim of this master?s thesis is to study the communication dynamics of CEOs as change leaders in the corporate world, in Turkey, assuming that during a change process, CEOs use an exceptionally different language.
