Abstract (EN)
In this thesis the one sided variable exponent Morrey spaces are defined and the boundednesses of the one sided operators are researched. In the fourth part of the thesis, the boundednesses of the one sided maximal operators, one sided fractional Maximal operators and the one sided Riesz potential operators which are known as Weyl and the Riemann-Liouville operators are proved one by one in the variable exponent Morrey spaces.
