Abstract (EN)

Today computers are used widely in almost every area of life. Specifically,through the end of 1990s computer use became widespread. Areas of computer useincrease even day by day. Computers are used for different purposes in businessenterprises and also for the management functions to be fulfilled.In this thesis, exam programs which are prepared manually and takeenormous time and effort at the higher education institutions are intended to be preparedwith the help of computers. To achieve this, Delphi programming language is used todevelop a program.In the first section of this thesis, the development of computer technologies,the use of computers for problem solving and programming languages are discussed. Inthe second section, information about object oriented programming and visualprogramming languages are given. In the third section, Delphi programming languagethat is used for application developing is explained.The fourth section is the application part. First, the problem is defined,solution levels are determined and a model is suggested. In accordance with this model,application is developed and this application is explained.
