In the collection of research data, a questionnaire consisting of two parts and 26 questions was used. As a result of the employee participants' inadequate response to the questionnaire, 13 questionnaires were considered invalid and not implemented. Using the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, Student T-Test and Anova Test were used to determine the differences in the demographic characteristics of the employees according to the demographic characteristics of internal satisfaction, external satisfaction and general job satisfaction. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 20.00 Demo package program and the result was reached. As a result of this study; it was found that the employees' iron and steel factory employees had significant differences in internal job satisfaction levels according to the gender variable, but no significant difference was observed between the sexes in external and general job satisfaction. The internal-external and general job satisfaction levels of the employees were not significantly different according to age, marital status, education status, position and seniority variables.
